Call for participation
We are assembling the expertise and support needed to build the European IPO stack. We invite committed professionals and partners to help design the market infrastructure that Europe will depend on for decades to come.
Participation as a Panel Member
We invite senior professionals to join the Panel and contribute directly to the design of one or more layers of the European IPO stack.
Panel Members Are Expected To:
- Contribute strategic and practical expertise
- Collaborate on the development of a business plan for a single European IPO market
- Help define listing standards, market structures, and governance principles
- Ensure the proposed model is credible, competitive, and implementable
Panel Members will be invited to become founding shareholders of the future exchange, reflecting their role in shaping its architecture and long-term direction.
Participation as a Funding Partner
We invite institutions, corporates, investors, and public or private organisations to participate as funding partners.
Funding Partners Enable:
- Independent, high-quality policy and market design work
- Research, coordination, and expert engagement across Europe
- The development of concrete implementation proposals
- Outreach to regulators, policymakers, and market participants
Funding Partners will be invited to participate as founding shareholders of the future European stock exchange, gaining early strategic alignment with its governance, market structure, and long-term vision.
